Surprise.... There's tuna inside......

Well, we all know what Michael Scott would say to that!
Sometimes you don't know what you are eating here. Today I tried my luck with a beautiful looking puff pastry, sitting on a tray with other cookies. I thought it looks so good that I can handle that it's not gluten free.  I bit into it, and it was definitely not what I thought. There was Tuna inside, but then I was sitting with a table of teachers and couldn't spit it out. I had to eat the whole thing.  I now know to ask before I eat.
Today was the Father's day celebration at the school. The kids came all ready to perform for their dads, only the dads were invited, no moms. They were all so excited.  To my surprise at   least 95% of dad's showed up. I was absolutely amazed. I feel like at times at schools in the U.S. it is really difficult to get that much family support, what a great thing.  I had no Idea that there were as many dads out there who are almost as proud of their children as my dad is (we all know he set's a pretty high standard).  The kids that I work with sang a song, others did dances, and a little theater production, everything turned out very cute.

I am really enjoying the new school, I am very happy that I made a switch.  Here are photos of the new classroom and a little from the production today.

The group with the white shirts on and the blue shorts is the group that I work with.
