So Today I have been a bit negative so I have been trying to find the positive things throughout the day, kind of the could be worse type of thing:) Here were my positive thoughts for the day.
1.) My alarm clock actually worked, I just have to set it one hour ahead of time.
2.)I found the correct bus today, at the stop I was told it would be at
3.)The dog, Lucas, pee'd on his bunch of newspapers instead of leaving a puddle outside of my door
4.) I avoided the tree that was full of caterpillers hanging from their strings instead of walking through it and being stuck with caterpillers
5.) I have learned how to breath through my mouth when it smells bad
6.)I figured out how to eat lunch at the school (I am not lunchless anymore)
7.)I talked to Adam on skype and worked on making reservations for our trip
8.) My friend Maggie here thinks I'm funny, in English at least :)
9.)The really bazaar funky smell in the shower tonight disappeared once I found an apple cinnamon air freshner
10.) I got my yoga practice in, well until 10 sun saluations, but the floors were just cleaned (and appear to be oiled or something) and I had to stop.... but the floors are clean.
11.) I learned that the students don't learn the alphabet until 2nd grade, so I now understand when I tell them to write the letter m, they don't know what I"m talking about.
12.) there is no school tomorrow (Couldn't figure out why), I have the whole day to prep for my spanish lesson for Friday morning
13.) I re-started to read "the Girl With the Dragon Tatoo" and I get it now and I like it
14.) I like that teachers get lots of breaks to drink coffee and eat.
15.) This weekend I'm going to take a day trip somewhere Saturday or Sunday, I"m excited about it
16.) I found a great website that tells me where to catch the bus to get all over the country. hurray!
17.) I have people that read my blog like you!
